If you're going to explain the forces, explain the forces, but don't say "smaller distance are needed for the stoppering - it's science!" Furthermore your argument is flawed. If your goal is to reach 100 mph, then slow down in a set distance your average Z could reach said speed much more quickly, covering much less distance than a vehicle with less horsepower. Therefore the vehicle with less power would cover more distance before reaching the speed goal, and would thus have less stopping distance. The fact of the matter is this: it doesn't fucking matter how much hp your car has, it has everything to do with how you drive. You can wait until the last minute to slow down in a shitbox econo-car just as easily as in a Z.
